As a Sales Administrator at SASCU, you’ll support the efficiency of the financial advisory team by undertaking appointment preparation, documentation work, reporting, and general administrative duties. This position provides occasional direct service to members as required and supports the team in the delivery of the SASCU Member Experience.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare lending applications, documentation, and other routine administrative tasks for a team of financial advisors.
- Conduct routine and ad hoc audit and reporting activities for the branch to ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and regulations.
- Connect members to the appropriate person so that their needs are met and provide relevant information to advisory staff.
- Occasionally assist members with daily and specialized transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, change of signors, membership maintenance, and preliminary estate handling to ensure prompt, professional service to members.
- Prepare routine member, internal, and external correspondence for the branch.
What you’ll bring:
- 1-3 years of sales experience in a service-oriented environment, with financial services experience strongly preferred.
- Solid foundational understanding of financial products and services.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage requests from multiple individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Comfort with technology and proficiency using banking systems and related programs;
- Commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
