Csr - Customer Service Representative

We have two (2) positions open at this location. One has an expected range of 20-30 hours a week, while the second has an expected range of 15-25 hours a week. Open weekend (Fri-Sun) availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and handling inquiries by phone, email, and in-person
• Payment processing and operation of our reservation system
• Presenting orientation and game introductions to customers
• Fully understanding our games to be able to provide useful tips/information to customers
• Resetting the rooms after games
• Maintain the cleanliness of the premises

Core Attributes

• At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service-related field
• Strong communication
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
• Detail-oriented and consistent
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Proficiency in spreadsheet management
• Experience with image editing platforms (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
• Knowledge of hand tools & basic power tools
• A desire to learn and think creatively

Salary: From $16.75 per hour
