Customer Service Agent

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our Surrey Admin team. Prairie Pacific Coast Express Corp. offers a professional work environment, a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Agent's key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner, attentively addressing their concerns
• Maintain and update customer information in the database
• Provide assistance and resolutions to customers based on the company's Customer Service guidelines
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and teams to stay informed about new products, services, and policies
• Fulfill other duties as assigned

What the successful candidate will bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in attaching documents, multitasking with multiple screens and tabs
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable, and self-motivated
• Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to engage with clients in a pleasant and professional manner
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
