A day in the life:
• Respond to incoming P&C related service requests and ensure proper management, prioritization and triage of these requests
• Assist with prioritizing backlog to ensure timely resolution and a positive employee experience
• Evaluate incoming tickets for trends and resolutions providing high level analysis and recommendations
• Improve internal efficiency and productivity by finding opportunities to optimize existing processes and tools
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities
• You will always ensure health and safety policies are followed at all sites and take WSP's Life Saving rules to heart;
What you'll bring to WSP ...
• Proven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of human resource management principles, practices and procedures
• Strong client service skills and experience in working in a high volume, collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication skills (Oral and written) with a strong attention to detail
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP system, an asset
• Ability to build relationships across a variety of teams
• Strong customer service, organization, planning and execution skills
