```Duties```
- Provide Technical Support to end users via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Tech systems (We provide training)
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve technical issues
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Conduct training sessions to educate users on software and hardware usage
- Communicate and coordinate with remote teams
- English fluent. Other languages are an asset.
```Qualifications```
- Can learn new tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software applications
- Familiar with Google Docs, Sheets etc....
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good with Data entry and recording notes
- familiar with activations and SIM installs
- Previous experience working in a help desk or Technical Support role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer software
Have a valid drivers license and vehicle.
