Customer Service Coordinator

Bay Roofing and Exteriors Ltd./Bay Commercial Roofing Ltd. requires a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This customer focused role consists in initial intake through initial follow-up to closing the contract.

The successful individual will be a customer focused sales leader with the following attributes:

-Self motivated with a willingness and ability to actively and capably pursue new business across all company service lines

-Demonstrate a strong skill set and develop a strong knowledge of roofing and exteriors

-Willing and able to provide excellent Customer Service support and training for others

-Ability to negotiate with customers, diagnose customer issues, present solutions and customer benefits
