Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information and records
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns
- Assist with sales activities by promoting products or services to customers
Skills:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales experience or knowledge is an asset
