Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Edmonton for one year with possible extension.

Here’s What You’ll Get to Do:

• You will be the first face to greet clients that come into Parkland, we are looking for someone who can do that with a smile and enjoys working with seniors and their families.
• Provide support to clients by answering questions, directing calls, and mitigating their concerns
• Input client order and other data into various platforms such as our online database
• Work with the internal departments and other colleagues to meet client needs
• Work effectively independently as well as with a team
• Update files, scan paperwork, and perform administrative tasks

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
• High School Diploma
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Employment Details:

• 1 full-time position available at the Edmonton head office.
• Salary: $16-19.50 per hour depending on experience
• 1 day a week at an alternate work location may be required to help with team coverage

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
