Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about functions and catering
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist front of house staff with new drinks menus and food menus
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Marketing and social media
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Utilize computerized systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service and restaurant role is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software such as Google, Mac, excel, word and adobe
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Experience in a restaurant office
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
