You Will Be Responsible For
- Providing administrative support to your direct supervisor as
well as the Management Team.
- Be at the front of the line answering calls in a professional and friendly manor; creating a
memorable experience for every customer.
- Effectively communicate with the customers and Mr. Rooter Team.
- Schedule customer’s appointments on the dispatch board.
- Writing and mailing notes to our customers.
- Posting on Social Media
- Maintaining reports for Supervisors and Management as requested.
- Being on an On-Call rotation with the CSR Team.
