The Receptionist /Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is responsible for providing primary customer contact and support. The dynamic individual will be highly organized and confident in their ability to develop customer relationships and successfully manage expectations through effective communications, proficiency and in a personalized manner. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and embrace the opportunity to resolve complex challenges.
Job Duties
- Answer & direct incoming calls
- Record Customer Service requests
- Resolve invoicing questions
- Booking appointments
- Data entry
- Bookkeeping
- Rental Property management
- Other duties as assigned

- Detail oriented with excellent organizational, problem solving, time management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic self-starter with a strong work ethic and proven track record for success
- Reliable team player that is supportive of company drivers and co-workers
- High School or post-secondary education
- Computer literate with proficient use of MS Outlook, Excel and Word
- Work experience in the waste, recycling or environmental services industries an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.40-$25.91 per hour
