For over 50 years, Stogryn Premier Wellness Resources has been helping salon and spa partners grow their business with premier products and equipment that reflect their clients’ needs and values.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for the professional and timely communication with customers.

Description of duties:

• Accurately process orders, purchases and payments on accounts, invoicing, daily Moneris cash reconciliations.

• Answering phones, greeting and assisting customers, confirming emails and faxes.

• Maintain the showroom by replenishing products, keeping displays up to date, and ensuring products are neatly stacked.

Requirements for successful candidates:

• Excellent communication skills

• A warm, approachable manner

• Professional appearance

• Previous Customer Service experience (1 year minimum)

• Strong data entry skills

• Ability to work co-operatively in a team setting

Knowledge of esthetics/hair or interest in the spa and salon field is preferred.

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
