Customer Service Representative

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for the professional and timely communication with customers.

Description of duties:
- Accurately process orders, purchases and payments on accounts, invoicing, daily Moneris cash reconciliations.
- Answering phones, greeting and assisting customers, confirming emails and faxes.
- Maintain the showroom by replenishing products, keeping displays up to date, and ensuring products are neatly stacked.
Requirements for successful candidates:
- Excellent communication skills
- A warm, approachable manner
- Professional appearance
- Previous Customer Service experience (1 year minimum)
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to work co-operatively in a team setting
Knowledge of esthetics/hair or interest in the spa and salon field is preferred.
