Target Zero Waste is looking for an independent, self-starter with a strong call to exceptional Customer Service. Working directly with client and vendor representatives, this individual will manage day to day service issues, develop and maintain a good relationship with the property managers, and work with property managers and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and service excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
- Respond to Customer Services issues in a timely and friendly manner by phone and email.
- Ensure issues are followed up on, resolved and documented.
- Be key point of contact and build/maintain strong relationship with property managers and vendors to provide exceptional Customer Service.
- Keep files and database in order and ensure information is complete and accurate.
- Assist in updating and maintenance of systems for Target Zero Waste (this may include maintenance of a CRM, website or other database).
- Learning about the waste industry and the solutions we can offer to our clients.
- Finding opportunities for service improvements for clients.
- Schedule on call services for our clients.
- Assisting with diversion reporting for our clients.
- Perform other duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
- Highly professional verbal and written communication skills (a writing sample may be requested).
- Prior experience in a call centre or other remote Customer Service environment is highly desired.
- Quick learner with great organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple responsibilities and shifting deadlines.
