Evolution Technologies is looking for talent who is committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our head office in Port Coquitlam, BC.
Please note that this is a fixed term (18 months) position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional and efficient Customer Service to our clients through phone and email communication ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded
- Arranging Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Support service, maintenance of products
- Record keeping and logging of all service calls
- Updating and maintaining client information files, data entry
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years’ work experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in wholesale trade and medical supplier industry
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented with great problem-solving skills
- Team player who works well under pressure, independently and as a member of a team
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to calmly and efficiently manage phone calls and emails
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including knowledge of ERP and Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to type 50+ WPM
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Applicants must hold valid work authorization in Canada

Salary: From $23.00 per hour
