We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Light cleaning duties, including organizing and maintaining a presentable store-front
- Assist customers with technical support
- Maintain customer records, process invoices and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field preferred
- Camera experience and skills (professional or personal)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
