Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by answering incoming calls, emails and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns.
- Quarterly and Semi annually and Annually maintenance of the house, inspection move in and move out, arranging trades for issues, Attending first service call, understand nature of issues and forward to the right department
- Schedule, respond and show all listed Rental Properties
- Handle day to Day Real Estate sales related tasks for the team.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers, actively listening to their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information and maintain records.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues or escalate complex cases as needed.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Requirements:
- Vehicle and clean Driving record is must, Company Vehicle will be provided after probation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus.
- Proven experience in Customer Service or a related field, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
