As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and efficient Customer Service to all Right Time customers, both internal and external. Your role will involve providing an exceptional experience to potential customers, existing customers, and field team members.
Right Time is currently in search of full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our remote Customer Contact Centre. This position is particularly well-suited for individuals who are passionate about Customer Service, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This position is a hybrid position for our Calgary and Winnipeg locations.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and address incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify sales opportunities and overcome objections.
- Accurately collect data in an efficient, pleasant, and error-free manner.
- Adhere to scripts and adeptly handle objections.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting questions, issues, complaints, and inquiries related to products and services.
- Conduct outbound telephone calls to existing customers to promote offers, services, and new equipment.
- Follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Anticipate and respond to customers' unique needs.
- Maintain consistency and exhibit a positive and helpful attitude.
- Post-secondary education (an asset).
- 2 years of work experience in a sales-oriented Call Centre (an asset).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and select statutory holidays, to meet customer demand.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and Google Maps is required.
- Effective, professional, and polite communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to address customer concerns in a friendly and non-threatening manner.
- High level of interpersonal skills necessary to provide outstanding Customer Service and thrive in a collaborative environment.
