Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails and live chat inquiries promptly and professionally
• Answer incoming phone calls (after training) and assist customers with inquiries
• Assist customers with ordering (pre-orders, special orders, and checkouts)
• Support with various other administrative tasks like inventory management
