Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Square Route Coffee Company, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers both in-person and over the phone to ensure they have an outstanding experience. You will assist customers with inquiries, take orders, handle transactions, and provide product recommendations. Additionally, you will maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe to create a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Process transactions using our point-of-sale system
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu items
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe, including clearing tables and restocking supplies
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for coffee and dedication to providing exceptional service
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
