In this position you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, orders, and product recommendations related to HVAC products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about HVAC systems and products

Responsibilities:
Engages with both counter customers and phone customers to fully identify needs, respond to inquiries or questions, and offer timely quality solutions to their HVAC Parts & Supply needs.
Executes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery - entering quotes and invoices and follow through on fulfillment.
Assists with warehouse/inventory management work as needed - cycle counts, back orders, PO receipts, transfers, shipping & receiving, store stocking, inventory control & bin location.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Previous Customer Service experience in a retail or service-oriented environment preferred.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and terminology is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
