A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative:
Role
We produce custom name badges and software across multiple industries. Your role will be to support current and future customers with orders. Expect to:
- Support customers in the purchase of their products
- Enter, verify, manage, and process both in-stock and customized orders. You will oversee and manage orders from beginning to end.
- Work with clients across multiple industries such as hospitality, finance, retail, and resellers
- Coordinate with colleagues in order management, artwork submission, and product delivery deadlines
- Troubleshoot when challenges arise, keeping a strong focus on Customer Service and satisfaction
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- Excited to communicate and collaborate with many different clients on a daily basis
- Positive, upbeat attitude with a penchant for problem-solving and helping others
- Detail oriented, fast learner, and technologically inclined
- Comfortable working at your computer all day, proficient with MS Suite, and ERP order entry systems
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 8 hour shift (Shifts are 7-3:30, 7:30-4, 8-4:30)
