Customer Service Representative

~Duties~
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients
- Answer incoming calls and emails and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Arrange services as requested by customer in an efficient manner

- Receive information via telephone, email, fax and VHF radio and delegate/dispatch information based on customer's requests and orders

- Maintain confidentiality regarding customers and their private information
- Create invoices based on services provided and collect payment

- Light cleaning duties
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

~Experience~
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role or office setting preferred

- Must be able to obtain a Special Area Pass and complete a criminal background check
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
