Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Student to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our auto glass repair shop. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the automotive service industry while providing exceptional Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services

- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, addressing customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally

- Schedule appointments for windshield repairs and replacements, ensuring efficient use of technicians' time and resources

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests in our database

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, processing payments, and ordering supplies

- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and installations

- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding Customer Service, safety, and quality standards

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

- Previous Customer Service experience is an asset but not required

Contract length: 6 months

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
