In this Customer Service position, you’ll join the Customer Service team in the Vitasave head office in Burnaby to ensure the customer experience is always a positive one. Assisting customers with placing orders, rectifying issues, tracking lost packages, and communicating important information to customers are daily tasks.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent phone and typing skills
- Proficient in computers
- Post-secondary education (or currently studying) is recommended
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with phone orders.
- Answering customer questions by phone and email.
- Rectifying customer issues and order mistakes.
- Communicating with other departments and team members as it related to Customer Service.

- Hourly pay $18 / hour - $20 / hour depending on experience
