As a Customer Service Representative at PearlStar Cleaning, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and facilitating communication between clients and our cleaning teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and information about our cleaning services.
- Inquiry Handling: Address client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, offering solutions and relevant information.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate cleaning schedules based on client needs, ensuring efficient deployment of cleaning teams.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to continuously improve our services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cleaning teams and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Service Promotion: Inform clients about additional services, promotions, and special offers to enhance their cleaning experience.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain service quality, ensuring it aligns with company standards and client expectations.
- Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of the Customer Service department.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is advantageous.
