Position Responsibilities:
- Provide quality Customer Service to new and existing clients.
- Complete customer transactions in a courteous, accurate and timely manner.
- Process counter transactions in a manner that meets customer expectations.
- Identify sales opportunities and make referrals to the sales team for follow-up and closure so as to meet business goals set by the Branch.
- Provide administrative support to Personal Banking Representatives and the Operations Officer.
Qualifications:
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Proven Customer Service, sales, cash handling experience or equivalent.
- College Diploma or higher level of education achievement in relevant fields in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and analytic skills.
- Proficiency with computers and software tools, the ability to quickly adopt our internal systems and software packages.
- At least one year work experience.
