Customer Service Representative

Our organization is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative who is an excellent communicator with strong organizational/ administrative skills and who is a proficient typist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inbounds through all channels, and these include:

• live chat
• IG direct messenger
• FB messenger
• email
• SMS
• phone

The successful candidate will master Tidio, our live chat and chatbot platform.

Additional hours will be available through peak seasons, November and December (Christmas) and April and May (Mother's Day).

Work shall be performed both in our studio and remotely.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
