Red Arrow is currently looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team based out of our Lethbridge Ticket Office. Shifts fall between 7:45 am - 4:00 pm, 7 days per week. The successful candidate could expect between 12 - 24 hours per week. Shifts are typically 4 - 8 hours long.

Primary Responsibilities:
Quote fares and rates, assist customers in planning travel times and routes, make/confirm/change and cancel reservations, process payments, handle cash, assist passengers with our online booking process, greet passengers during check in process, assist with inquiries and luggage storage, safely embark and disembark coaches, provide information on company policies and perform a variety of office and cleaning duties.

• Numeracy

• Ability to work well with others
• Superior problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to search for and retrieve information
• Ability to learn and retain large amounts of changing information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of a computer
• Friendly, service-oriented personality
• Flexible availability

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00 per hour
