This is a combined role of Customer Service Representative and Yard Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve customers by providing information and resolving problems.
• Answer questions and assist customers with creating and maintaining online accounts.
• Assist with office duties on sale days.
• Gather and maintain inventory accounts of auction assets (e.g. equipment additions, serial numbers, year verifications).
• Data entry for each auction as per policy.
• Assist with all shipping containers input.
• Compose and take photos of equipment.
• Assist with small lots in the yard where needed.
• Assist with lot stickering.
• Assist the Sales/Yard Manager with appraisals and write-ups in the field between peak periods.

Education, Experience, and licensing Requirements

• Secondary School (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years’ Customer Service experience required
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office
• Skid steer experience would be an asset, but not necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
