Our ideal candidate is an experienced Administrative Professional who is confident, highly organized, and skilled in using computers and software. You should be comfortable dealing with highly creative people and have some experience in an office setting, website management, and Shopify would be preferential.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Managing client inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Assisting with marketing efforts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and files
- Invoicing and taking payments
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
- Packing orders for clients
- Lifting up to 30 lbs
- Light cleaning
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a marketing field is a must
- Shopify experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- English is required, Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
