Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via in person, phone, and email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and patience
- Greeting and assisting customers - selling merchandise or tattoo services to enhance the customer's experience and processing payments accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Skills:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Impeccable personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Proficient in MAC skills including basic troubleshooting and software navigation
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for the tattoo industry and willingness to learn about our products and services
- MINIMUM 5 years of sales experience
