Overview:
We are seeking a customer-oriented individual to join Cap-it Nanaimo as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and matching customers with the ideal accessories for their vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Build estimates and create/fulfill orders
- Handle cash and credit card payments with accuracy
- Schedule installations
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with front desk/customer support is ideal
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using technology and computer systems
