Our customer on the Oomple platform is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a hybrid basis.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive top-notch support and assistance. You'll be the frontline representative, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various communication tools and software.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Effectively communicate with clients in English to understand and address their needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, collaborating with internal teams when necessary.
- Educate clients on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base for customer self-help.
