Our customer on the Oomple platform is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a hybrid basis.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive top-notch support and assistance. You'll be the frontline representative, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using various communication tools and software.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Effectively communicate with clients in English to understand and address their needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, collaborating with internal teams when necessary.
• Educate clients on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
• Assist in maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base for customer self-help.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product developments and industry trends.
