Key Responsibilities:

-Provide outstanding Customer Service through effective communication, via email, in person and over the phone.

- Utilize QuickBooks for seamless financial transactions and maintain accounts receivable records.

- Handle invoicing tasks with precision and attention to detail.

- Collaborate with team members to address day-to-day administrative and operational challenges.

- Engage with customers in our showroom, offering product education and support.

Qualifications:

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Working knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.

- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and invoicing.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Competent in data entry using a 10-key keypad.

- Ability to work with customers, prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to deadline and be reliable and punctual.

-Bilingual in English and French, and a College Degree is an asset.
