About the Role:
As part of the Client Services Team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction. Your focus will be on enhancing the client journey, providing support, handling inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Additionally, you'll contribute to data accuracy, process compliance, and technical support to guarantee a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
boarding new clients and ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Maintaining continuous communication throughout their journey.
- Resolving queries and providing feedback promptly.
- Escalating complex complaints to higher management.
- Handling billing and termination inquiries.
- Providing technical support for apps and websites.
- Identifying and addressing client issues proactively.
- Facilitating survey completion and analyzing feedback.
- Managing client termination data and back-office administration tasks.
- Accurate data entry for KPI tracking.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Active listening and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Future-oriented with a vision for personal growth and company success.
- Experience in dispute resolution is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Monday is advantageous.
