Customer Service Specialist

We are a lingerie retailer based in Vancouver. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

We are looking for a qualified candidate to help us troubleshoot online orders (social media, email, phone, online chat), engage with customers on social media, arrange virtual fittings, and make style and size recommendations to customers. The ideal candidate is patient, good at listening, and genuinely passionate about helping our customers.

We are looking for one candidate to take a shift from 10am to 6pm pacific time, Sunday to Thursday. Except for in-person training, this role is fully remote.

Requirements

- 1+ years of Customer Service experience preferred, ideally in the apparel industry

- Familiarity with social media

- Familiarity with Shopify is a plus

- Additional languages is a plus (especially French, Spanish, or Mandarin Chinese)

- Good communication and listening skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 per year
