We are looking for an upbeat, energetic, professional individual with excellent telephone manner to join our dynamic AMT/Vantage administrative team in Mississauga.
Representing suppliers of innovative diagnostic and therapeutic products devices from around the world, we are a leader in medical product and device distribution in Canada.

The Opportunity:
In this exciting role with AMT/Vantage you will be responsible for all aspects of Customer Support and Account Administration:
- Manage all aspects of your customers’ needs, including answering of customer e-mail and phone inquiries, verification and processing of orders in our ERP system with the highest level of accuracy (shipping medical products!), reviewing of ERP filters, processing of product returns and credits, and escalating urgent orders to ensure required delivery schedules are met
- Review and process capital orders for accuracy, availability, and coordinate with sales team re installation timelines
- Create and maintain short term special pricing agreements per customer and prepare the accounting system upload spreadsheets, collaborating with sales team on upcoming expiry dates
- Process customer consignment inventory orders in collaboration with sales team
- Act as a key resource for sales representatives by completing administrative tasks, quotations and contracts, and ensuring all information related to sales is accurate and delivered on a timely basis
- Work closely with the sales team to drive efficiencies, ensure policies are upheld, and improve business processes in order to meet growing market demands
- Other tasks as they arise

- A natural desire to research, find answers, problem solve and multi-task to support the customer and the commercial team
- Able to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and shift between company ERP systems, processes, and requirements
- Enjoys working independently, yet within a team environment as this position interacts with multiple departments
The Skill:
- College Diploma is a must, University Degree is an asset
- Solid typing and data entry skills, Word, Excel, Outlook experience is a requirement
- 1 year plus of Call Center or Customer Service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English applied in a business environment
- Detail orientation with focus on accuracy, ability to research and pull together information from multiple sources
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively to optimize productivity and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Courteous and professional telephone manner is a must
