Circle K Business Centre in Warsaw in cooperation with Circle K Business Centre in Latvia is looking for someone who is passionate about people and would like to join our global family as:

DANISH - SPEAKING CUSTOMER CONSULTANT

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them;

• Is fluent in Danish and English (both verbal and written, at least C1 level);

• Likes to work in fast-paced environment and with various systems;

• Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills;

• Is able to work in shifts (morning, day, evening shifts as well as weekends);

• Has previous experience in customer service (it will be considered as an advantage).

You could be the one who:

• Takes care of our customers via phone and email;

• Is responsible for card support and account administration;

• Manages new orders and registrations;

• Advices our customers regarding station campaigns and products;

• Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers.
