Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our systems.

Responsibilities:

- Manage documentation filing and execute administrative duties

- Enter and update data into various systems and databases

- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries

- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors

- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

- Transcribe information from various sources into digital format

- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Data Entry or related administrative roles

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Experience with SAP is an asset

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
