Part Time Data Entry Clerk

We are currently seeking a detail oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part Time Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting financial data into our accounting system. This position is two days per week (Monday plus one other day), working out of our office in Ramsay and would be an excellent opportunity for individuals with an interest in accounting to gain valuable experience in a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities could include:

Data Entry – accurately inputting financial transactions into our accounting system; assisting in identification of discrepancies or errors and report to the team members.

Filing and Record Maintenance – organizing and maintaining financial records.

Additional Tasks as Required – additional tasks as assigned by the accounting team to support the overall department.

We are looking for a team player, someone willing to learn from and collaborate with the other team members. Someone with excellent written and verbal English, who is comfortable speaking with vendors and be professional and courteous to all.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and be proficient in Microsoft Office software. Previous accounting experience is not required but the candidate must be willing to learn, be able to work independently and collaboratively and have excellent organizational skills.
