To be successful in this role, you will need strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

- Manage Data Entry into Sage Business Works for various functions
- Formatting, editing, proofreading of various documents and other related tasks
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communication
- Manage accounts receivable payment applications across multiple entities
- Assist with bank reconciliations when required
- Provide coverage for accounts payable team as required
- Provide general administrative support and support general organizational administrative function as required
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Outstanding organizational and customer service skills
- A performance driven attitude to accomplish all tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Ability to speak French is an asset
