SalaryPosition Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for complete Data Entry as a key role in the implementation of the Company ERP system. In addition, the candidate must have high detail-orientation, organizational and communication skills, and be comfortable and compliant with data documentation and collection. The selected candidate must be adaptable to business changes based on priorities and department responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Full scale Data Entry and data maintenance within the ERP system
- Collection and compilation of all documentation and data for Company departments
- Utilize basic knowledge/understanding of drawings and blueprints for data purposes
- Reconciliation and updating of historical data
- Attend and occasionally schedule and/or facilitate interdepartmental communication meetings
- Utilize PowerBI regularly for data purposes
- Collaborate with the Operations team for training, utilization, and required updates to the ERP system and data collection processes
- Respond to inquiries for data information from Management and Executives, as needed
Qualifications
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office 365 products
- Strong Excel functionalities knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and with multi-departmental teams
- Basic knowledge of Construction industry blueprints and CAD drawings
- Minimum 2+ years of Data Entry role or related experience
- Infor SyteLine experience considered an asset

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
