Duties:
- Input and update data into databases and systems
- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with organizing and filing documents as needed
- Generate reports based on data entered
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
