Delivery Coordinator

Job Summary

• Work with a team of Pharmacy Assistants, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in collaboration with other teams to ensure clients receive their medication on time
• Utilize software to schedule delivery runs while taking into consideration last minute orders, delays
• Lead by example by demonstrating on a daily basis the core values of the Company.
• Promote a positive company image by ensuring that appropriate and specified standards are maintained in all operating procedures.
• Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Make last-minute order adjustments as requested by customers
• Notify customers about any delivery delays in advance.
• Speak with delivery drivers regarding their delivery schedules for the day and or upcoming week.
• Double check all items before they leave the store and make sure everything is in pristine condition

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Completion of High School Diploma
• Strong communication skills - Verbal and written
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment

Working hours: morning shift 8.30 am to 4.30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
