Legacy Auto Credit is an in-house leasing company that specializes in financing vehicles for customers that have poor credit. We finance vehicles and show them how to improve their credit so they can return to prime credit lending.

Job Description
The main duties of this position will be performing all aspects of coordinating inventory reconditioning and delivery for sold vehicles, including preparation of documents and organizing the delivery of the vehicle.
Experience
- Previous experience in process management and customer service.
- Very proficient with systems, CRM's, software programs, web-based applications and computers
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suit and Google Applications
- Have a "can-do" attitude, willing to identify tasks that have not been assigned, anticipate subsequent steps to tasks and ensure completion/follow-through
- Experience in Office Administration
Qualifications:
- Some post-secondary is considered an asset
- Office administration (minimum 1 yr)
- Exceptional attention to detail required.
- Must be fluent in English with strong writing skills
- Ability to listen to understand
- Customer focused
