Dental Administrator Full Time

Concept Dentistry is Hiring for a brand new administrator position we are growing and looking to add new team member to our dental family. We are locally owned and operated. As this is a brand new position it will be blended position which includes dental reception and treatment coordination. A minimum of 1 year dental admin or RDA experience is an asset.

Hours

• Mondays & Tuesdays 9:30am-5:30pm
• Wednesdays & Thursdays 11:00am-7:00pm
• Fridays 8:00am-2:30pm * Alternating *Negotiable
• 1 Saturday a month 8:00am-3:30pm* When you work Saturday you have the following Monday off

Duties

· Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and friendly experience

· Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

· Manage electronic medical records and maintain patient files

· Verify insurance information and process payments

· Assist with billing and coding tasks

· Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Experience

· Previous experience working in a dental office setting is preferred 1year

· Familiarity with dental terminology and dental procedures

· Completion of dental administration course or dental assisting course

· Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems

· Experience with Tracker or similar dental software is highly desirable

· Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. You will be responsible for managing patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, maintaining electronic medical records, and providing administrative support to the dental team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in dental office setting, possess excellent organizational skills, and have strong attention to detail.
