Dental Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical or dental office setting and possess strong administrative skills. This is a full-time position requiring one evening and Saturdays.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Handle billing and insurance claims, including verifying insurance coverage and processing payments
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on patient care as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient care

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
