This position involves the following:

- Welcoming patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering telephone calls
- Replying to emails
- Drafting dental estimates, presenting estimates to patients and scheduling treatment
- Managing doctor and hygiene schedules to ensure they are full
- Sending insurance claims and taking payments
- Enter insurance payments
- Send/track and follow up on dental pre-authorizations
