Dental Receptionist

Responsibilities:

This opportunity is for Monday to Thursday. Our open hours are from 8-5. We are looking for someone who take pride in their work and is dedicated to making a positive difference.
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify and update patient information
- Collect and process payments from patients
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Other related duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

-Reliability and Dedication to your position and to achieving the goals of the team
- Proficient with Power Practice
- Proficient scheduling and managing patient records
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using phone systems and handling patient inquiries

Salary: $24.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
