Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
- Assist with patient registration and update electronic medical records
- Manage patient paperwork and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle billing and payment processing for dental services
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
